Memberships

Golfers need an effective fitness program to enhance and maintain their physical ability to play the game. At The John Ondrush Golf Fitness Academy our trainers work with you to reach your maximum golf potential. The Golf & Fitness Academy programs are designed for all levels of golfers who want to improve their game—from the Tour Professional to the amateur golfer. Our goals are to improve the overall fitness for each golfer and if necessary, rehabilitation of an injury. We have helped hundreds of golfers improve their game.
