Stephanie began her yoga practice 7 years ago as part of her workouts for her collegiate tennis team at SUNY New Paltz. She was a four year starter, a two-time NCAA qualifier, 2x captain and conference MVP her senior year. She holds a Bachelors degree in Physical Anthropology.
An athlete most of her life, Stephanie saw yoga as simply another form of exercise until about three years ago when it became clear that it had improved her tennis game immensely. Since then, she has tried to make yoga a part of every aspect of her life; from the massage room, to her diet, and daily activities. Stephanie loves teaching others how to do yoga as well as live it. She teaches medical condition specific and sports specific classes specializing in golf and tennis players, as well as general vinyasa. The classes at the Golf and Fitness Academy will be ideal for golfers and athletes in other sports to open their hips and shoulders while strengthening their core. The sessions will undoubtedly help in forming a better golf game for the clients at the Golf Academy.
Private and Group sessions available.
