Ali Normandeau-GM

Ali is a former Division 1 Equestrian at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT where she gained her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. While at Sacred Heart she was given the opportunity to work at Bluestreak, a sports performance gym where she learned about the importance of plyometric exercises. She also volunteered at CES and The Kennedy Center where she assisted in gym classes with children who suffered with autism. Upon graduation she worked for Plus One Health Management at the Proctor and Gamble site located in Bethel, CT.  During her 18 month term in Bethel she assisted in running the Duracell Battery Fitness Center where she gained experience with one-on-one training along with group fitness training. Ali is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also Functional Movement Screen Certified through Functional Movement Systems.
